What does the Nordic Swan label mean?
This label means that Bambo Nature has withstood one of the toughest approval processes in Scandinavia. Every aspect of the manufacturing process is carefully checked to ensure that the environmental impact is minimal. It also means that the diapers do not contain any substances that are harmful to health or the environment, as well as no substances that are considered to be locally irritating, sensitizing, carcinogenic or mutagenic.
They do not contain chlorine, phthalates, optical brighteners, PVC, heavy metals, organotins or known allergens such as dyes, ink, latex, glue, odor removers, perfume, essential oils, preservatives, plant extracts, lotions or moisturizers. In addition, they are 100% pollutant-free. The diapers are not completely biodegradable, but you can compost the inner absorbent core. Simply remove the absorbent core from the outer part of the diaper and place it in each composter. While you still need to dispose of the outer layer, you will take up less space in the landfill.
